    Haven't read Clare - but I loved The Help (haven't seen the movie). It felt and sounded like the town my mom grew up in (and her age is just about right for Skeeter).

    The movie was good.. they had to leave some things out, and changed a few parts, but they tried to keep the integrity of the book in tact.. but as usual, the book was better. The books are always better.. with the exception of Lord of the Rings.. those books were brutal to read..
